What can telehealth treat?

Our experienced, telehealth trained Medical Practitioners can treat conditions via video/phone such as:

How do I book a telehealth appointment?

On our website you can click the link to book a consultation.

How do I receive my prescription?

If you receive a prescription from our medical practitioner, it will be sent to a pharmacy. You will receive an SMS to confirm it has been sent to the pharmacy.

We cannot email or send you your prescription directly. It will always be sent to a pharmacy to be dispensed.

Reception will contact you if you are yet to provide a preferred pharmacy.

How do I receive my medical certificate?

Once provided by our medical practitioner your medical certificate will automatically be sent to your email address. Please also check your junk folder if not received in your inbox.

How do I receive my referral?

Once provided by our medical practitioner your referral will automatically be sent to your email address. Please also check your junk folder if not received in your inbox.

What if I no longer need the appointment? Can I get a refund?

Video Consultations are paid for at the time of booking and are not eligible for a refund if you change your mind. If the doctor feels that your appointment is not suitable for a video conference, then at their discretion they can cancel the appointment and you will not be charged.

How do I get a refund?

Should a Health Professional speak to you via video or phone then a charge will be applied. Refunds will be offered if a technical issue from the software prevents a health professional from completing a consultation. No refund can be provided should you be unreachable via SMS/call/email.

Your appointment can be rescheduled if required.

Can I receive S8 drugs?

Schedule 8 drugs – Schedule 8 Controlled Drug medications and drugs of addiction currently can not be prescribed via telehealth. This includes codeine, S8 drugs, opioids or sleeping tablets.

It is currently not possible for our Medical Practitioners to provide any S8 medications, please do not proceed to book a consultation if you are seeking such medication as your consultation fee with the Medical Practitioner will not be refunded.

Do I have the choice of a female or male medical practitioner?

Yes, you can choose whether or not to speak to a female or male medical practitioner. This is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

Are your doctors registered in Australia?

All of our doctors are AHPRA registered and insured.
