MOCA Flamingo is a high-potency THC oil containing 25 mg THC per mL in a 30 mL bottle (total 750 mg THC).
It may be prescribed under medical supervision for symptoms or conditions such as:
Severe or refractory pain
Spasticity or muscle rigidity in neurological disease
Nausea or vomiting (e.g. chemotherapy-induced)
Appetite stimulation
Palliative care symptom control
Other off-label uses as deemed appropriate by a specialist
Because this product contains negligible CBD, its profile of effects is more strongly associated with THC.
Do not use if:
You are allergic to cannabis, cannabinoids, or any excipient in this product
You are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding
You have a history of psychotic disorders, schizophrenia, or severe psychiatric illness
You have significant cardiovascular disease (e.g. unstable angina, recent myocardial infarction)
You have severe liver or kidney dysfunction unless under specialist care
Warnings / Precautions
Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you have:
Liver impairment
Renal impairment
Heart rhythm disturbances or conduction abnormalities
History of substance use disorder
Depression, bipolar disorder, or anxiety
Respiratory disease
Gastrointestinal motility issues or obstruction
Any other chronic medical condition
Use with extra caution in:
Elderly patients (slower metabolism, increased sensitivity)
Adolescents / minors (safety and efficacy not established)
Cannabis products may interact with many drugs (especially via cytochrome P450 enzymes). Interactions may increase side effects or change efficacy.
Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are using:
Sedatives / hypnotics / CNS depressants (e.g. benzodiazepines, opioids)
Antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilisers
Anti-seizure medications
Anticoagulants / anti-platelet drugs
Cardiovascular drugs (e.g. β-blockers, calcium channel blockers)
Immunosuppressants
Diabetes treatments
Over-the-counter medicines, herbal remedies, supplements
Avoid combining with alcohol or other depressant substances.
Dosage / Titration
Your doctor will prescribe a starting dose and a titration schedule.
Begin with a low dose and increase gradually, monitoring for efficacy vs adverse effects.
Because this is a potent THC oil, close supervision is essential.
Administration
Use the supplied dropper to administer orally (commonly sublingual or as instructed).
Hold under the tongue for a recommended time (e.g. 30–60 seconds) before swallowing, if that is the chosen route.
Take at consistent times as prescribed.
Missed dose
If you miss a dose, take it when you remember—unless it is close to your next dose.
Do not double doses to make up for missed ones.
Overdose
If overdose is suspected, contact your doctor or the Poisons Information Centre (e.g. 13 11 26 in Australia) or attend an emergency department immediately—even if you feel well.

Inform all your healthcare professionals (doctors, pharmacists, dentists) that you use MOCA Flamingo
Monitor for side effects, especially after dose changes
Avoid alcohol or other depressants while on this medication
Things you should not do
Do not drive, operate machinery or do other risky activities until you know how the product affects you (THC can impair cognition, coordination, reaction time)
Do not give this medication to someone else
Do not use after the expiry date
Do not use it for other conditions unless prescribed
Storage
Keep in original container, protected from light, heat, and moisture
Store in a cool, dry place
Keep out of reach of children
Travelling with the medicine
Carry your prescription and documentation
Keep the medicine in its original dispensed packaging
Be aware of state/territory regulations and driving laws (THC is controlled; driving with THC may be illegal even when prescribed)
International travel may carry legal risks with THC; check laws of destination and transit countries
All medicines may cause side effects. Many are mild and temporary; some may be serious.

Drowsiness, sedation
Dizziness or lightheadedness
Euphoria or mood changes
Dry mouth
Impaired concentration or memory
Headache
Nausea
Increased appetite
Blurred vision
Palpitations
Serious side effects (seek medical attention immediately)
Allergic reactions (swelling of face, lips, throat)
Severe psychiatric symptoms (hallucinations, paranoia, psychosis)
Confusion, disorientation
Rapid or irregular heartbeat, chest pain
Seizures
Thoughts of self-harm or suicide
Respiratory depression (especially if combined with other depressants)
Other unexpected symptoms
