We write this, not for investors or for business partners, but for ourselves, the owners of the company, the directors. Now, we have chosen to express our vision, and to put in writing our company purpose and vision.

For too long we have limited ourselves and dared to dream small, to contain ourselves and not reach for our true potential. However, this limitation and restriction brings little satisfaction, there is always something missing, and our lives seem unsatisfied and unrealized.

We have sought meaning and truth in the world to engage our talents, our passions, and our extensive abilities, often we have become seduced by the daily grind of living, and the search recedes to the background until the feeling of dissatisfaction returns.

Perhaps it is true, that a genuine opportunity to do something in one’s life that will make a tremendous difference to the world comes along only once. When this window of grace presents itself, the power that lies within us, awakens and seeks to express itself through our life’s work and daily experience of our humanness.

The flash of inspiration come quickly and immediately. Now, after a few short years we stand at the doorway of our vision.

Once we recognised that the worldview on marijuana was changing and legalisation was upon us, we embarked on learning to understand why. The answer to that question started a fire in us that has increased in intensity with the passing of the last few years.

A little known fact revealed itself to us, and that is, humans and almost all animals have an endocannabinoid system that responds favorably to cannabis.

Armed with this information and glimpsing what this would mean for humanity, we undertook to revolutionize our lives and our business activities. Placing our focus entirely on the emerging medical and recreational cannabis industry, we undertook intensive learning and study to grasp the potentiality of the healing plant and the business opportunity that it delivered.

Our research brought us, first to contact Dr Raphael Mechoulam an Israeli organic chemist and professor of Medicinal Chemistry at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in Israel. Mechoulam is best known for his work in the isolation, structure elucidation and total synthesis of Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol, the main active principle of cannabis and for the isolation and the identification of the endogenous cannabinoids anandamide from the brain.

Discussions with Dr Raphael Mechoulam  let us to scientists in Europe where we deepened our understanding of the mechanisms of manufacturing and production. From there, we travelled to visit organic cultivation centres in Canada to understand the best techniques that we could develop to meet our goals. 

As with all new ideas and businesses, we refined and altered our original plans to adapt to the evolving markets. One thing is for sure, during this time, our learning increased exponentially and our desire to bring to bear our visions and ideas continued to increase in intensity.

Cannabis is rapidly becoming a recognised medicine that is gaining in popularity rapidly around the world. The value of the cannabis plant is very high for organic flowers, making it an extremely viable plant to cultivate. The science continues to demonstrate that the healing plant has many potentials that continue to be reveal themselves. We are learning about the ‘entourage effect’ and how that the whole plant combination in the medicine is greater than the sum of its parts.

We learned that there are several large barriers to entry to the cannabis industry, the first being the difficulty to access legal banking services for the business, this can be overcome. The second and perhaps more challenging hurdle, is that cannabis cannot be legally advertised on many digital platforms. Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and many other media giants have prohibited cannabis marketing. For many this is a limitation, for us it is a great opportunity to bring our knowledge and experience to bear in this amazing sector.

With the vision becoming clearing each week and month, and with the business world confirming that enormous and rapid growth of the cannabis market worldwide, we set our plans into motion.
