MOCA Rainbow Blend is a balanced combination of cannabidiol (CBD) and delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) in a 1:1 ratio, with 25 mg/mL of each cannabinoid.
Because of this balance, it may be used (under medical supervision) for conditions such as:
Moderate to severe chronic pain
Spasticity (in neurological disorders)
Nausea or vomiting, especially from chemotherapy
Appetite stimulation
Sleep disturbances
Support in palliative settings
Other indications as prescribed by the treating physician
Your doctor may prescribe this medicine for uses other than those listed above. Always follow your doctor’s instructions.
Do not use if
You are allergic to cannabis, cannabinoids, or any ingredient in this product
You are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding
You have a history of psychosis or severe psychiatric disorder
You have severe cardiovascular disease (e.g., unstable angina, recent heart attack)
You have significant liver or kidney disease (unless under specialist supervision)
Precautions / Warnings
Check with your doctor or pharmacist before using Rainbow Blend if you have:
Liver or kidney impairment
Heart rhythm abnormalities
A history of addiction or substance misuse
Other psychiatric disorders (depression, bipolar, anxiety)
Respiratory conditions
Gastrointestinal obstruction
Any other chronic medical condition
Use with extra caution in:
Elderly patients (may have altered metabolism)
Adolescents and children (safety not well established)
This product may interact with many drugs, often via the cytochrome P450 enzyme system (CYP450). Interactions can lead to increased side effects, reduced effectiveness, or altered drug levels.
Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are using:
Sedatives, hypnotics, or CNS depressants (e.g., benzodiazepines, opioids)
Antidepressants, mood stabilisers, antipsychotics
Anti-seizure medications
Anticoagulants / blood thinners
Cardiovascular drugs (e.g. beta-blockers, calcium channel blockers)
Immunosuppressants
Diabetes medications
Any over-the-counter medicines, supplements, herbal products
Avoid alcohol while using this product, as effects may potentiate (increase).
Dosage / Titration
The dose must be individualised by your doctor, often starting low and gradually titrated upward.
Because this is a high-strength product, careful dose adjustment and monitoring are essential.
The optimal dose is the lowest dose that provides benefit with acceptable side effects.
Administration
Use as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
Typically administered via an oral dropper, sublingually (under the tongue) or as otherwise instructed.
Hold the oil under the tongue for recommended duration (e.g. 30-60 seconds) before swallowing (if that is the route your prescriber recommends).
Administer at consistent times each day as prescribed.
Missed dose
Take the missed dose as soon as you remember unless it is near the time of your next dose.
Do not double up doses to make up for a missed one.
Overdose
If you think you have used too much, contact your doctor, the Poisons Information Centre (e.g. 13 11 26 in Australia), or attend the nearest emergency department immediately—even if you feel well.
Things you should do
Use exactly as prescribed; do not change dose without consulting your prescriber.
Inform all your health professionals (doctors, pharmacists, dentists) that you are using this product.
Be cautious when combining with alcohol or other depressant substances.
Monitor for side effects, particularly after changing dose.
Do not stop suddenly; dose changes should be supervised.
Things you should not do
Do not drive, operate heavy machinery, or perform hazardous tasks until you know how it affects you (THC may impair judgement, reaction time, coordination).
Do not give this medicine to others.
Do not use after the expiry date.
Do not use for other complaints unless prescribed.
Storage
Keep in original container, protect from light, moisture, and heat.
Store in a cool, dry place.
Keep out of reach of children.
Travel with medicine
Carry prescription and documentation (e.g. letter from prescribing doctor).
Keep medicine in original dispensed packaging.
Be aware of differing laws in other states or countries; carrying THC-containing products may be illegal in some jurisdictions.
All medicines may cause side effects. Many are mild and transient, others can be serious.

Serious side effects (seek medical help immediately)
Allergic reactions (swelling, hives, difficulty breathing)
Severe psychiatric symptoms (hallucinations, psychosis)
Confusion, disorientation
Rapid or irregular heartbeat, chest pain
Seizures
Suicidal thoughts or self-harm
Other unexpected symptoms
